Mastersynth G 110 ALS designed for small, grease-lubricated gearboxes that are both efficient and powerful. is a special grease composed of synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oil and aluminium complex soap thickener. With its precisely adjusted additives and solid lubricants, the product offers excellent wear protection over a wide service temperature range. Developed specifically for lubricate gears, bearings, joints or slides in small gears subject to heavy loads in household or workshop power tools. It can also be applied to gears with high sliding friction percentage. Depending on temperature, loads and sliding speeds, steel/steel, steel/aluminum and aluminum/aluminum combinations can be lubricated with this grease. In addition, when used in trapezoidal spindle lubrication, it provides smooth operation and excellent wear protection.
